Delete your data

Mafia: Circle of Lies has no accounts. Your data is tied to a random device ID that the app creates, so you can have it deleted without deleting anything else.

How to ask

From the phone app: open Feedback and write 'delete my data'. The message carries your device ID, so we know exactly what to remove.
From a TV, a browser, or without the app: email us at [email protected] and say which device it was and roughly when you played.

We confirm your request and delete the data within 30 days.

What we delete

Everything stored on our server under your device ID: game statistics, chat messages and death notes from online games, feedback and our replies, notification tokens, your public-games alert, and badges and achievements.

What expires on its own

Crash reports (Sentry) and anonymous usage counts carry no name and cannot be traced to a person, so we cannot pick out yours. They are deleted automatically within 90 days.

What stays

Totals with no device ID in them - for example, how many games were played on a given day - because they cannot be linked to anyone.

Records of abuse reports and suspensions may be kept to protect other players, as the privacy policy explains.
